: HEAD OF SECURITY – SUPERVISOR LEVEL

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To lead and oversee the overall Security, Vigilance, Discipline and Asset Protection across the Plant and Warehouse locations, ensuring a safe, secure and well-controlled environment for employees, visitors, materials, vehicles and company assets.

The role requires a hands-on, energetic and disciplined security professional capable of independently managing security operations and responding effectively to risks and emergencies.

OBJECTIVE: To establish and maintain robust security systems, access controls, surveillance and preventive measures across the Plant and Warehouses, with a strong focus on:

- Prevention of theft, pilferage and unauthorized access
- Effective deployment and supervision of security personnel
- Protection of company assets, materials and people
- Emergency preparedness and incident response
- Security discipline, compliance and continuous improvement

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES A. Security Operations & Vigilance

- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day security operations across the Plant and Warehouses.
- Plan and supervise security guard deployment, shifts and duty points.
- Ensure effective entry/exit control for employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
- Conduct regular and surprise security rounds and inspections.
- Ensure effective functioning of CCTV, access-control and other security systems.

B. Asset & Material Protection

- Ensure protection of raw materials, finished goods, equipment, machinery and company assets.
- Strengthen gate-pass and material/vehicle movement controls.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized removal and other security-related losses.
- Coordinate with Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch and Operations for effective security controls.

C. Security Personnel Management

- Day to day Supervision, guide and discipline security guards and outsourced security personnel.




- Ensure right deployment across all shifts and locations.
- Monitor attendance, alertness, discipline and performance of security personnel.
- Review security agency performance and ensure adherence to agreed standards.

D. Incident & Emergency Management

- Establish preventive systems for identifying and managing security risks.
- Respond promptly to theft, fire, accidents, disturbances, unauthorized access and other emergencies.
- Conduct preliminary investigation and submit factual incident reports to VP – Operations / Location Head / HR.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire Services and other authorities whenever required.
- Maintain emergency response and evacuation preparedness.

E. Coordination, Compliance & Improvement

- Work closely with VP – Operations, Location Heads and HR on all security-related matters.
- Maintain security SOPs, registers, checklists and incident records.
- Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Identify security gaps and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Continuously improve security standards, systems and cost-effective deployment.

7. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Security, Industrial Security, Plant Security, Administration, Facility Security or related areas.
- Retired, Ex-Armed Forces personnel, particularly candidates with experience in security, administration, operations or field leadership.
- Experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Processing / Warehouse / Industrial environments will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing security personnel and multiple security points / locations.

Candidates with demonstrated integrity, discipline, leadership and strong field orientation will be preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred. 8. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

· Security Incidents / Theft / Pilferage – Prevention and continuous reduction

- Security Manpower & Deployment – 100% coverage, attendance and discipline
- Access / Material Movement Compliance – Effective gate-pass, vehicle and material controls
- Security Audit & Vulnerability Closure – Timely identification and closure of security gaps
- Incident Response & Emergency Preparedness – Timely response, reporting and effective handling

9. REPORTING & STAKEHOLDER INTERFACE Reports to: VP – Operations

Works closely with:

- Respective Location Heads, HR Team, Plant & Warehouse Operations, Stores & Dispatch Administration & Maintenance, Security Agencies, Police / Fire / Local Authorities, as required
- Location: Dhandu Malkapur, Near Choutuppal, Hyderabad, Telangana

10. ROLE EXPECTATION This is a hands-on security leadership position requiring a mature and experienced professional who can independently manage security operations across the Plant and Warehouses.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
