Experience: 14+ years

Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Property Development

Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.

Key requirements

- Extensive experience in real estate non-litigation matters
- Expertise in land acquisition and title due diligence
- Solid knowledge of RERA, property and land revenue laws
- Experience in redevelopment and joint development transactions
- Drafting and negotiation of JDAs, development agreements, PAAAs, MOUs, sale deeds and lease agreements
- Experience in legal risk assessment and transaction structuring
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to coordinate with landowners, societies, government authorities and external counsels
- Commercially oriented approach with strong business partnering skills
