Job Purpose.

We are looking for an experienced Head – Human Resources to lead the complete HR function across a multi-location organization. The role will partner with senior management and business/center heads to build a strong workforce, strengthen HR processes, support business expansion and drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead manpower planning and workforce management across multiple locations/centers.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including senior, leadership, clinical and non-clinical hiring .
- Ensure timely closure of critical positions and build effective talent pipelines.
- Drive HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave and exits.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, incentives and manpower cost management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Shops & Establishments and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and sensitive HR issues.




- Implement effective KRA/KPI, performance management, appraisal and promotion processes.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, learning & development and organizational culture initiatives.
- Develop and standardize HR policies, SOPs and processes across locations.
- Monitor HR MIS, dashboards, attrition, headcount, recruitment and manpower cost and provide insights to Management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery across locations.
- Support new center launches, organizational expansion and workforce readiness .

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of progressive relevant HR experience with significant HR leadership exposure.
- Experience managing multi-location HR operations .
- Healthcare/hospital/clinic experience will be preferred.
- Strong experience in senior-level hiring, manpower planning, employee relations and statutory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, decision-making and leadership skills.
