Role Description The Head of Events is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India, responsible for leading all event activities across the country. Real involves massive travel commitment every week, including weekends for the events. We need immediate joiners.

Not just event curation , but execution including experience in arranging fabricators, guest list, on ground branding , AV etc. This role oversees the planning, design, and execution of brand events, product launches, trade shows, design gallery events, and partner engagement programs that showcase Della’s luxury offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating event calendars, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring seamless operations from pre-event planning through post-event review.

The role also involves building and mentoring an events team, setting performance standards, and maintaining high-quality, experiential brand presence at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation,



and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills to design, organize, and execute multiple events end-to-end.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to forecast costs, optimize resources, and manage vendor contracts effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to drive lead generation, support business development, and enhance client engagement through events.
- Experience leading event teams, working in luxury or design-focused industries, and managing large-scale events or exhibitions is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering high-impact events under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced certifications in event management or project management are an advantage.
