Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing will lead Weboin’s digital marketing function, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and performance across all online channels in a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves developing integrated digital marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning digital initiatives with client business objectives. The Head of Digital Marketing will supervise and mentor a cross-functional team, coordinate with sales and web development teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging for clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing social media marketing,



search and display campaigns, content-driven initiatives, lead generation programs, and conversion optimization efforts. The role also requires monitoring web analytics and campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, presenting insights to leadership and clients, and driving continuous improvement in digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Digital Strategy, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive digital roadmaps for diverse industry sectors.
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation, including planning campaigns, optimizing funnels, and managing performance across major social platforms.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics, with experience using analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Proven experience leading digital marketing teams or departments, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads, Meta) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency setting or in managing digital initiatives for multiple clients is preferred.
