Seeking a highly experienced Head - MEP Projects to lead and manage large-scale MEP contracting and turnkey projects ,ensuring successful delivery, profitability, stakeholder management, quality, and safety compliance.

Location: Amaravati -Andhra Pradesh , India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP projects from project award to final handover and close-out.
- Manage HVAC, HT/LT Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, BMS, PHE, STP/WTP and utility systems.
- Handle Government, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure projects.
- Manage projects valued at ₹250-300 Crore and above.
- Drive planning, scheduling, resource deployment and risk management.
- Ensure project profitability through effective commercial and contract management.
- Manage client billing, vendor billing, subcontractor certification and revenue realization.
- Handle variation orders, claims, EOT submissions and contract closures.
- Develop solid relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs and government authorities.
- Lead and mentor teams of 20-30+ professionals.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and contractual requirements.
- Support procurement,



vendor evaluation and value engineering initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 20-25 years of experience in MEP Contracting, Turnkey Contracting or EPC organizations.
- Predominantly Indian project execution experience.
- Proven experience in handling Government projects.
- Experience managing projects worth ₹250-300 Crore and above.
- Managed teams of at least 20-30 professionals.
- Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capabilities.

Technical Expertise HVAC, HT/LT Electrical Systems, Transformers & DG, ELV, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems, BMS, PHE, Water Supply & Drainage, STP/WTP, and Utilities Infrastructure.
