Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the complete façade package from design coordination through execution and final handover.
- Independently manage large-scale façade installation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Review and coordinate façade drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical approvals.
- Manage façade contractors, consultants, vendors, manufacturing units, and internal project teams for seamless project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and execute VMU (Visual Mock-Up) and PMU (Performance Mock-Up) activities, including testing, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Supervise installation of curtain wall systems, glazing, ACP cladding, stone cladding, louvers, skylights, and other façade components.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, manpower deployment, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, procurement, planning, and project execution teams for effective interface management.
- Lead and manage façade assembly/manufacturing operations, installation teams, subcontractors, and site execution personnel.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve design, engineering, and execution-related challenges.
- Monitor productivity, progress, quality, and installation performance to achieve project milestones.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, improve constructability, and enhance project outcomes.




- Ensure façade performance requirements, water-tightness testing, structural testing, and commissioning are successfully achieved.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress updates, risk assessments, and management presentations.
- Lead snag rectification, punch-point closure, and successful project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- 15-20+ years of experience in façade engineering, manufacturing, installation, and project management.
- Proven experience in independently handling large-scale façade installation projects.
- Hands-on experience in VMU (Visual Mock-Up) and PMU (Performance Mock-Up) planning, execution, testing, and approvals.
- Strong experience in high-rise buildings, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and institutional projects.
- Sound knowledge of Curtain Wall Systems, Unitized Facades, Glazing Systems, ACP Cladding, Stone Cladding, Louvers, and Building Envelope Solutions.
- Experience in managing façade assembly/manufacturing units and installation teams.
- Robust understanding of project planning, procurement, budgeting, quality assurance, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in managing façade manufacturing / assembly facilities and executing landmark large-scale façade projects will be given preference.
