Head Accounts & Finance | Kochi, Kerala (Corporate Office)
Indel Corporation is looking for a seasoned finance leader to head the Accounts & Finance function for a diversified business group with interests spanning Financial Services, Automotive, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and other growth businesses.
This is a strategic leadership role for a skilled who can drive financial governance, compliance, controls, reporting, and business partnering across multiple companies and business verticals.
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Corporate Office)
Experience: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts & Finance function across group entities
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee accounting operations, bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial reporting
- Drive GST, Direct Tax, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury-related activities
- Deliver insightful MIS and management reporting to leadership teams
- Support business expansion through financial planning and process improvements
- Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams across businesses
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance
Proven exposure to diversified business environments such as:
Automotive Dealerships
Real Estate & Construction
Hospitality
NBFCs / Financial Services
- Multi-company Business Groups
Experience handling multiple legal entities, consolidations, and group-level reporting
CA preferred; exceptional finance professionals with relevant experience will also be considered
