About the Role

Ignite Health Club is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Gym Manager to oversee the complete operations of the fitness club.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in gym operations, team management, member handling, sales, customer retention, and overall fitness club management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the gym.
- Lead and supervise trainers, fitness staff, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all gym activities and services.
- Manage member onboarding, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, personal training sales, and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily operations, attendance, sales, and performance reports.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gym members.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate gym staff performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the facility.
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance whenever required.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary gym supplies.
- Implement operational SOPs and maintain service standards.




- Plan and execute member engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
- Work closely with management to achieve business and revenue goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, Club Manager, or Senior Fitness Professional with management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of gym and fitness club operations.
- Excellent team-management and leadership skills.
- Solid communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in membership sales, renewals, and revenue generation.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware.
- Ability to independently manage daily gym operations.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fitness enthusiasts are strongly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile 5+ Years Experience | Gym/Fitness Industry | Strong Leadership | Sales-Oriented | Customer-Focused | Fitness Enthusiast

Candidates with experience managing premium gyms, fitness clubs, health clubs, or wellness centres will be preferred.

Compensation

₹5–7 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
