Role Overview

This is a high-visibility Supply Chain Planning role focused on planning excellence, distribution optimization, inventory management, and stakeholder collaboration across functions.

Key Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Planning
- Solid preference for candidates from the FMCG industry
- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from a reputed institute preferred
- Hands-on, analytical, and execution-focused mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience

Key Responsibilities

- Production Scheduling and Supply Planning
- Raw Material & Packaging Material Planning
- Inventory Management and Stock Optimization
- Distribution & Replenishment Planning
- Organized Trade and E-commerce Planning
- Supply Chain Process Improvement Initiatives
- Automation and Digitization Projects
- Collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales Teams




- Driving service levels and order fill rates across channels

Initial Focus Areas (First 6-12 Months)

- Understand business processes, systems, and stakeholder landscape
- Drive stabilization of Guwahati Distribution Planning operations
- Establish efficient planning and dispatch processes
- Support Organized Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and automation
