Role Description The Guest Services Associate IRD is a full-time, on-site role based at Patlidun Safari Lodge in Ramnagar. In this position, the associate handles in-room dining (IRD) requests, takes and processes guest orders, coordinates with kitchen and service teams, and ensures timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages. The role involves greeting guests, responding to inquiries, managing reservations or special requests related to IRD, and maintaining detailed records of orders and billing.

The associate also assists with general guest services at the lodge, provides information about facilities and activities, and resolves guest concerns with courtesy and efficiency.



Maintaining cleanliness and organization in IRD service areas and adhering to lodge policies and safety standards are key aspects of the daily work.

Qualifications

- Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service experience, with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Experience with Reservations management, including taking and updating bookings or IRD orders accurately.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and coordinate with internal teams.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or safari lodges, especially in front office, guest relations, or food and beverage service, is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality or POS systems is an advantage.
- Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
