Role Description The Guest Services Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Pride Amber Vilas Resort & Convention Centre in Jaipur. The associate is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Daily tasks include managing reservations, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and addressing any service issues promptly and professionally.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, providing information about resort facilities and local attractions, and consistently upholding the resort’s standards of hospitality and service.



This position requires a guest-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills to support an exceptional guest experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess Reservations skills to manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with guests and team members.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a courteous, service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is an advantage.
