Role & responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests.
- Manage bookings, inquiries, and special requests.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of apartments and common areas.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and supplies.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate with positive communication, people handling capabilities, and experienced in Hospitality industries.
Age: 21-35 years:
Technical / Professional: Good Communication and basic Computer Knowledge
