Role Description The Guest Relations Executive–Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik. The position involves welcoming guests, managing reception duties, and ensuring a smooth, skilled front-office experience.

Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, handling customer concerns, coordinating reservations or appointments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also requires supporting sales activities by presenting services and offerings, following up on leads, and assisting in converting inquiries into sales.

Executive–Sales collaborates closely with sales and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and professional guest experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to promote services, manage inquiries, and support conversion of leads to business.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills, including handling calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and maintaining front desk protocols.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
