Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and skilled manner.




- Promote and explain our membership/program offerings to guests.
- Generate sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our programs.
- Achieve assigned sales and membership targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Maintain a professional, confident and well-groomed appearance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Front Office, Customer Service or Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
