Job Responsibility
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to guests and answer their inquiries
- Help then with registration process and billing
- Provide information about health services and departments.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance during the screening (like assist them to each department, offers tea,
coffee of juice etc.)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Manager when needed
- Record information of report printed and fit kit dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skill.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
- Robust phone contact handling skills and active listening
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
