Global Security Operations Center Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking an experienced Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to lead the Hyderabad-based GSOC and its 24/7 security operations. This role oversees people, processes, and technology across incident management, alarm and video monitoring, threat intelligence, travel risk, executive protection and event support,

quality assurance, and operational improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage immediate operational priorities while building scalable capabilities that protect our people, assets, operations, and reputation.

Key Duties

- Strategic Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a 24/7 GSOC team responsible for global monitoring, incident response, intelligence intake, alarm engagement, and operational communications; oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, performance management, and team development; and foster a culture of accountability, customer service, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Incident Management and Escalation: Act as the incident manager for routine, urgent, and critical incidents, ensuring timely assessment, decision-making, communication, documentation, and follow-through; maintain current incident response protocols, escalation matrices, and communication workflows; and coordinate with security, facilities, HR, workplace teams, emergency responders, and other stakeholders during events affecting people, sites, operations, or business continuity.
- Alarm Management, CCTV, and Video Analytics: Oversee alarm, CCTV, access control, and video analytics monitoring and response to improve detection, reduce false alarms, and strengthen response effectiveness; partner with physical security, facilities, and security technology teams to identify trends, remediate equipment issues, and optimize system performance; and use Genetec, Ambient.ai, ServiceNow, and related platforms to track issues, improve workflows, and support operational reporting.
- Threat Intelligence Program: Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of threat intelligence concerning situations that may affect our people, assets, operations, or reputation; use Ontic, LifeRaft, TR Clear, Everbridge, open-source intelligence,



and other sources to identify and assess relevant threats; and produce timely threat assessments, situational awareness reports, intelligence briefings, and executive summaries that support informed decisions and proactive risk mitigation.
- Travel Risk, Executive Protection, and Event Security Support: Support travel risk monitoring, traveler communications, executive protection operations, high-profile visits, company events, and special security activities through intelligence, monitoring, communications, and escalation; partner with Executive Protection, Event Security, Regional Security Managers, HR, travel, and crisis management stakeholders on elevated-risk travel and major disruptions; and provide real-time situational awareness and coordination before, during, and after security events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a GSOC liaison to Regional Security Managers, Enablement Services, facilities, HR, physical security staff, security technology, workplace teams, and other partners;

coordinate across APJ, Americas, and other regions to improve information sharing, process consistency, and global operating alignment; and support system enhancements, operational projects, process changes, and evolving service requirements.
- Quality Assurance, Operational Excellence, and Incident Reporting: Establish quality assurance practices to evaluate phone calls, emails, incident reports, intelligence products, and other GSOC deliverables against established standards and procedures; partner with stakeholder teams to improve, automate, and standardize processes; and oversee the creation and review of polished, accurate, timely, and fact-based incident reports that clearly document relevant events, actions, escalations, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor;s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; or 7+ years of continuous progressive experience in GSOC operations, crisis management, or security leadership.
- GSOC Leadership:



Proven experience in a GSOC supervisory or management role, with a track record of leading alarm management, CCTV operations, equipment remediation, incident response, or related security operations.
- Technology Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, threat intelligence platforms, incident case management tools, Microsoft 365, and mass notification systems.
- Systems Collaboration: Demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams to resolve system issues, improve operational workflows, and implement security technology upgrades.

Required Skills

- Leadership and Team Development: Strong people leadership, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and team development capabilities focused on accountability, service, and operational excellence.
- Security Operations and Technology Management: Deep understanding of alarms, CCTV, video analytics, access control, and integrated security technologies, with practical proficiency in Genetec,

Ambient.ai, ServiceNow, and related monitoring or case management platforms.
- Threat Intelligence and Risk Analysis: Ability to collect, assess, analyze, and communicate threat information using Ontic, LifeRaft, TR Explicit, Everbridge, open-source intelligence, and related research and reporting workflows.
- Microsoft 365 and Business Communications: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to create polished emails, presentations, incident reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready products.
- Incident Command and Crisis Response: Sound judgment, composure, and decisiveness during emergencies, with the ability to coordinate resources, manage escalations, and communicate clear direction under pressure.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build productive partnerships across regional, global, technical, and business teams.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement: Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate calls, emails, reports, and other work products against standards; analyze trends; improve processes; and implement sustainable operational improvements.
