About the Role:

BioTecNika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Growth & Sales Associates – Life Sciences to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates from a Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Science background who are interested in customer interaction, sales, relationship building, and business growth.

You will interact with students, researchers, and professionals, understand their requirements, introduce them to relevant BioTecNika programs and services, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BioTecNika programs and services.
- Clearly explain courses, training programs, certifications, and other offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct program presentations or demonstrations when required.
- Guide interested customers through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on BioTecNika’s programs and relevant developments in the Life Sciences industry.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Final-year students and candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Zoology, Botany, or related fields.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
