What You'll DoSales Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and business development activities.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and customer discussions.
- Respond to customer queries and provide product-related guidance.
- Support customers during evaluation and decision-making stages.

Requirements
- Minimum 2
- year of experience in Sales and Pre-Sales within a Product-Based IT Company, SaaS Company, CRM, ERP, or Software Solutions organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Ability to understand business processes and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Ready for field work and frequent client visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales processes.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
