Performance Marketer

Location: Onsite — HSR Layout, Bengaluru (5 Days Work From Office)

About Us:

We are a YC-backed, AI-native talent management startup. We combine goal-tracking (OKRs), performance reviews, and continuous feedback with Nova—our human-like AI teammate for candidate screening and interviews. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer based in Bengaluru (5 days WFO) to own and scale our demand generation channels in the US B2B SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities

● Paid Search Operations (Google & Bing Ads): Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns targeting US decision-makers searching for HR tech, talent management, and OKR software.

● US Market Acquisition: Run campaign experiments aligned with US business hours and buyer behaviors targeting HR executives, VPs of People, and C-suite leaders.

● In-Office Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly in office with our product, design, and sales teams in Bengaluru to build landing pages, test ad copy, and refine lead conversion loops.





● Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across the acquisition pipeline—from CAC, CPC, and CTR down to SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) and ARR.

● Paid Social (Good to Have): Manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to run ads for cold and re marketing audience to generate leads and demos

Qualifications & Experience

● 2 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS (HR Tech or Enterprise Software preferred).

● Work Requirement: Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout).

● Hands-on expertise running and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads with directly managed budgets.

● Proven track record running paid campaigns targeted specifically at the US/North American market.

● Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM pipeline attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).

● Bonus: Practical experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
