This is not a “make Excel sheets and send emails” internship.

We’re building Hill Queen Tea into a up-to-date Indian tea brand — and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the building, not just watch it happen.

Your mission will be simple:

Get Hill Queen Tea into more places, more partnerships and more hands.

What you’ll Learn in this role:

- Marketplace Growth — Identify, approach and onboard Hill Queen Tea across relevant marketplaces, D2C platforms and specialty platforms.
- Brand Partnerships — Find brands, communities, creators and businesses where a partnership makes sense — and make it happen.
- Corporate Partnerships — Build opportunities for corporate gifting, employee wellness, events and bulk orders.
- Doctor & Wellness Collaborations — Identify relevant doctors, nutritionists, wellness professionals and institutions and build credible collaboration opportunities.
- Opportunity Hunting — Constantly discover new channels, partnerships and distribution opportunities others aren't looking at.
- Outreach → Follow-up → Closure — Research the right person, reach out, follow up relentlessly and move opportunities forward.

Who we're looking for

- We care more about your operating style than your degree.
- You might be a great fit if you are:




- Biased toward action — You don't need someone to tell you the next 10 steps.
- Obsessive about details — You notice the missing attachment, wrong name, unanswered email and broken link.
- Confident communicator — You're comfortable picking up the phone, writing a cold email or talking to a senior decision-maker.
- Resourceful — “I couldn't find it” isn't your default answer. You figure it out.
- Hungry — You want exposure to how a real consumer brand gets built.
- Commercially curious — You naturally think: Who can buy this? Who can distribute this? Who can partner with this?

What makes this different?

You won't be sitting on the sidelines.

You'll have real ownership, real targets and real conversations with the market.

If you perform, this can become much more than an internship.

You could end up building a meaningful part of Hill Queen Tea's growth engine.
