We are looking for fresh graduates to join our Growth & Market Intelligence team, working alongside our sales and leadership teams to identify companies, research decision-makers, generate leads and create conversations with prospective clients across global markets.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

? Become a Market Detective

Research companies, industries, competitors and emerging business opportunities across the U.S. and global markets.

? Find the Right People

Identify decision-makers and business leaders using LinkedIn, digital platforms, databases and research tools.

? Turn Data into Opportunities

Build and maintain prospect databases, validate information, segment accounts and help the sales team prioritize the right opportunities.

? Start Conversations

Support personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, social media and other digital channels to create meaningful business conversations.

? Use Social Media for Business

Learn how LinkedIn and other qualified platforms can be used for social selling, prospect engagement, brand visibility and lead generation.

? Work Smarter with AI

Learn to use AI and modern sales technology for research, personalization,



prospect intelligence and productivity.

? Understand Global Business

Get exposure to international clients, business leaders and the world of workforce solutions, staffing and talent.
