Role: Growth Associate

Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR Field Travel)

We are looking for an Associate to handle our existing vending machine network and drive new school / university activations.

1. Handle end-to-end operations of existing vending machines in schools and other locations including refilling, stock audit, and uptime
2. Manage kiosk and canteen setup and daily operations
3. Open for regular field visits for installations, audits and relationship management with school admins
4. Reach out to schools, universities and institutions via calling and emails, send mails, proposals, decks and align meetings for senior team
5. Take regular follow-ups with leads and maintain lead tracker in sheets
6. Find and negotiate with vendors for vending machine procurement,



spare parts and raw materials
7. Coordinate with technicians and service partners for maintenance
8. Cash collection tracking, stock reconciliation and basic finance / P&L; for each location
9. Maintain inventory, SOPs and expense records

Requirement: 1-2 years in field sales / operations / institutional operations. Valuable communication in English & Hindi, strong in Excel/Sheets, comfortable with field work and vendor handling.
