Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and develop strategies for remediation.
- Develop issue management processes and procedures to ensure timely resolution of issues related to governance, risk, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of GRC tools within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in architecting, configuring, developing, servicing, and supporting GRC solutions.
- Robust understanding of compliance regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS etc. .
- Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
