Role & responsibilities

- Design primary and secondary packaging cartons, labels, sleeves, cups, tubs, and shippers from concept through to print-ready artwork.

- Build and maintain dielines; work within real-world constraints like substrate, print process, and finish.

- Coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs, color matching, and press checks; troubleshoot production issues before they become expensive.

- Ensure artwork meets regulatory and labelling requirements (ingredients, nutrition panels, FSSAI marks, barcodes, statutory declarations).

- Design point-of-sale and retail assets: shelf displays, standees, signage, merchandise.

Creative direction

- Develop campaign concepts from a brief not just execution, but the idea behind it.

- Own and evolve the brand guidelines: typography, color, illustration style, photography direction, tone.

- Art-direct photo and video shoots, including styling, shot lists, and working with photographers and retouchers.

- Present concepts and defend design decisions to founders and stakeholders with clear reasoning.

Digital & marketing graphics

- Produce assets across performance and organic channels:



static ads, carousels, Reels covers, short-form motion, stories, email, and web banners.

- Design and iterate on landing pages, website graphics, and marketplace listing assets.

- Build reusable templates and design systems so volume work stays fast and on-brand.

- Work with the marketing team on creative testing, read performance data, and iterate on what's working.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showing both print/packaging and digital work.

- Expert command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Figma for digital and web work.

- Genuine production knowledge: CMYK vs. Pantone, bleed and trap, die-cutting, foil and spot UV, prepress file prep. You've had files go to press and come back right.

- Solid typography and layout fundamentals.

- Ability to run multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without hand-holding.

- Comfortable taking a rough brief and coming back with a point of view.
