About the Role

VSM Marketing is looking for a creative and passionate Assistant Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into attractive, engaging, and professional visual content.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of practical experience in graphic designing, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to create high-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content Team to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert creative ideas and briefs into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and brand identity across all creatives.
- Edit and enhance images according to project requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet the required standards.
- Create creatives for marketing campaigns, offers, events, announcements, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media design trends.




- Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organise and maintain design files and creative assets properly.

Skills Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Graphic Designing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW / Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of colour combinations, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and execute them independently.
- Good time-management and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make required changes.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- A strong portfolio or previous work samples will be preferred.
