Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in artwork recreation, proof preparation, and basic product mock-ups within a print or production environment.

This role focuses primarily on accuracy and execution, making it ideal for candidates strong in vector artwork and attention to detail rather than conceptual or highly creative design.

Key Responsibilities

- Recreate and refine artwork into clean, production-ready vector formats using Adobe Illustrator (Pen Tool). Strong expertise in manual vector tracing and logo recreation is essential.
- Prepare digital proofs with accurate artwork placement, sizing, and basic branding alignment.
- Create simple and effective product mock-ups for client approvals.
- Ensure artwork files meet production requirements (color mode, resolution, file formats, etc.).
- Implement revisions based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Handle multiple tasks with quick turnaround times.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to standard naming conventions.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print or production environment.

- Adobe Illustrator (mandatory, strong focus on Pen Tool usage)

- Adobe Photoshop




- Strong understanding of vector artwork and logo recreation.
- Familiarity with proofing and basic file preparation for print.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (for simple layouts or proof documents) is a plus.
- High attention to detail, especially in alignment, spelling, and artwork placement.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. EST alignment).

Education & Additional Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
