About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is strong in both static design and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, events, and marketing initiatives across Ridhira Group’s businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality static creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.

Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional creatives.

Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and campaign videos.

Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, music, subtitles, and visual effects to videos.

Work closely with the Marketing and Campaign teams to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling creatives.

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.

Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and campaign requirements.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Keep up with current social media design, video, typography, motion graphics, and visual trends.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, marketing teams, and external agencies when required.





Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Good hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent video-editing tools.

Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.

Robust understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and branding.

Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn and other social media formats.

Ability to create both static posts and engaging short-form videos.

Good creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Background

Experience in hospitality, luxury real estate, wellness, lifestyle, retail, luxury brands, or premium consumer brands is preferred.

Candidates with strong social media campaign and digital marketing creative experience will be preferred.

Portfolio demonstrating both static designs and video/reel work is mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
