Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & Visual Designer to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for creating brand assets, marketing collateral, high-stakes presentations, and digital creatives. The ideal candidate pairs a solid foundation in fine/visual arts with proficiency in traditional design suites and modern AI workflow tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Asset Creation: Design brand collateral, print materials, digital banners, social media creatives, infographics, and identity assets using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Presentation Design: Build high-impact, polished, and executive-ready PowerPoint decks, pitch materials, and reports with clean visual hierarchy and data presentation.
- Generative AI Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) to accelerate concept generation, ideation, and asset production.
- Art Direction & Fundamentals: Apply core visual art principles—composition, color theory, typography, negative space, and visual balance—to every deliverable.
- Turnaround & Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional project leads to translate complex briefs into refined visual outcomes under tight turnarounds.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education (Preferred): Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) degree; graduates from Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath (CKP) will be strongly preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with an exceptional portfolio or candidates with up to 1 year of professional design experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Core Suites: Hands-on proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Presentations: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (master slides, typography, custom vector graphics, structured data layouts).
- Modern AI Tools: Practical familiarity with generative image and workflow AI tools.
- Artistic Aptitude: Strong foundational grounding in sketching, visual arts, spatial design, and aesthetic composition.
- Work Ethic: Solid attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and ability to manage project timelines efficiently.
