NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand communication.

- Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, social media teams, and account managers to develop campaign ideas.

- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
N
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, and other digital assets.
N
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas to the table.
N
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
N
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.
N




- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
N
- Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently.

nRequirements

- 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, advertising, media, or creative environment.
N
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
N
- Knowledge and/or other design tools is an added advantage.
N
- Strong understanding oftypography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
N
- Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying solely on templates.
N
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
N
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
N
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
