Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the E-Commerce industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a creative agency, advertising agency, digital agency, or consultancy, managing multiple brands/projects and delivering high-quality visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging and high-quality digital creatives, social media posts, banners, campaigns, website assets, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
- Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into creative visual concepts aligned with brand identity and communication objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to develop creatives for various campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, color, imagery, and overall visual language across different communication channels.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output in a fast-paced Internet/Digital environment.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders wherever required.
- Stay updated with design trends, digital platforms, consumer behavior, and emerging creative formats.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, preferably within an Internet/Digital company, creative agency, advertising agency, or consultancy.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, social media creatives, branding, and marketing communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines and design systems.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Agency/Consultancy experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have handled multiple brands or clients simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile: We are particularly looking for candidates who have worked in a creative/digital agency or consultancy environment, where they have handled multiple clients/brands, worked on diverse campaigns, and translated business briefs into creative digital communication.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,496.58 per year
