Graphic Design InternAbout the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, branding, social media creatives, website design, and UI/UX design using Figma.

You will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams on real client and internal projects, helping create visually engaging graphics, videos, and modern digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and other visual elements to videos.
- Create promotional videos, product videos, social media reels, and branded video content.
- Assist with basic motion graphics and animated marketing creatives.
- Optimize and export videos in appropriate formats and dimensions for different social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across graphics, videos, websites, and other digital content.
- Design website pages, landing pages, dashboards, and application interfaces using Figma.
- Assist in creating UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Convert ideas, requirements, and references into clean and skilled interface designs.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain organized Figma design files.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Research modern graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX trends.
- Create graphics and visual assets for blogs, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.




- Support the marketing team with creative requirements for campaigns and social media.
- Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
- Make design and video revisions based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Help maintain visual consistency across company and client projects.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Figma for designing websites and user interfaces.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and video production workflows.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new design, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketing teams.

Preferred Skills
- Good working knowledge of Figma and FigJam.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media video content.




- Basic understanding of motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and audio editing.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and design systems.
- Understanding of responsive website and mobile application design.
- Familiarity with component-based UI design and Auto Layout in Figma.
- Basic knowledge of branding and brand guideline creation.
- Understanding of social media design and video specifications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how designs are converted into websites would be a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools would be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
