Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Print Design: Design marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentation decks, infographics, and print-ready production files (brochures, packaging, banners) ensuring accurate typography and color accuracy.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Conceptualize, cut, and polish short-form and long-form video content, incorporating animated titles, kinetic typography, transitions, and audio mixing.

Vector & Layout Production: Create vector illustrations, layout designs, and large-format promotional assets.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly follow brand identity guidelines across web, social, and print touchpoints.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing leads, and external print vendors to deliver creative assets within set project deadlines.

Asset Management: Organize raw footage, project files, design templates, and finalized deliverables in an orderly directory structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Software Expertise

Adobe Photoshop: Expert image manipulation, compositing, retouching, and visual design.

Adobe After Effects:



Proficient in 2D motion graphics, kinetic type, tracking, and visual pacing.

CorelDRAW: Advanced vector tracing, print prepress setup, technical layouts, and large-format asset delivery.

Adobe Premiere Pro / Illustrator: Solid working knowledge for general timeline editing and vector editing.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), color profiles (RGB vs. CMYK), print bleed/margins, video codecs, and compression standards for digital publishing.

Experience: 24 years of proven design and editing experience across both digital media and print.

Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel showcasing both static graphic design work and motion/video edits is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes

Strong sense of pacing, sound selection, and narrative rhythm in video editing.

Ability to handle quick turnaround tasks without sacrificing layout quality or rendering details.

Experience coordinating directly with commercial printers and handling pre-flight checks.
