Website: www.cuminco.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/cuminco_india Key Responsibilities ● Adapt master creatives for high-performing formats across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. ● Ensure platform-specific specs—resolution, format, and dimensions—are met. ● Design and adapt POSM assets (standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.). ● Create and update packaging artworks and labels in line with brand guidelines. ● Develop final print-ready files for brochures, flyers, banners,



and hoardings. ● Ensure accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles for all print materials. ● Perform basic image edits, including color correction and balancing, as needed. Desired skills and qualifications ● 2-4 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team. ● Positive understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely. ● Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production. ● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. ● Comfortable with AI integrated content (with knowledge of tools like Nano Banana, Sora, etc) Perks &
