Company Description Adani Skill Development Centre runs the SAKSHAM program, which focuses on skill-based training to enhance the employability of India’s youth. Working in alignment with the Government of India’s Skill India Mission, SAKSHAM offers state-of-the-art training facilities across multiple centres in the country. Since 2016, the program has empowered communities through a wide range of courses and practical learning opportunities, supported by a robust online Learning Management System (LMS).

SAKSHAM is currently present in 15 states, offering over 70 courses and has enabled more than 180,000 candidates, with a strong track record of livelihood generation.

Designers at Adani Skill Development Centre contribute to this mission by creating impactful visual communication for training, outreach, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations and marketing communications.
- Develop fresh design concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines.
- Design posts, ads, banners, brochures, standees, event creatives and other marketing collaterals.




- Adapt creatives across different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with the marketing team, understand requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
- Manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/digital environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Valuable creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently take a brief from concept to final design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and marketing creatives.

Good to Have / Added Advantage

- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and basic video editing.
- Experience creating social media and digital advertising creatives.
- Working knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Canva.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and website design.
