We're hiring a designer whose work will run inside real shops across Mumbai, not just on a screen. ?

At Adverttize, we're putting smart, AI-powered ad screens inside pharmacies, kiranas and salons. The shopkeeper gets paid for hosting them, and the ads can be measured.

Now we need someone to make it all look great.

? Role: Graphic Design & Social Media Intern

? Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: 6 months, full time

? Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

? Converts to a full-time role based on performance

What you'll do

→ Design Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp creatives

→ Edit Reels and Shorts from raw footage shot in shops

→ Design ads that play on our in-store screens

→ Make brochures, flyers and pitch-deck visuals

You must know

✔️ Adobe Photoshop

✔️ Adobe Illustrator

✔️ Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve)

Nice to have:



After Effects, Canva, Figma, and writing captions in Hinglish.

Perfect for final-year students, fresh graduates (BFA, B.Des, BMM, Multimedia, Animation) or self-taught designers with a strong portfolio.

How the full-time role works: we review your work at months 1, 3 and 6 against a clear scorecard (output, quality, turnaround, results). You'll know from day one exactly what it takes.
