What You Will Work

On - Social media creatives, campaigns, carousels & reels graphics - Branding collaterals: logos, brochures, festival posts, ads, pitch decks - Website banners, UI-driven visuals & landing page graphics - Designing for live client projects and creative brainstorming - Working closely with the design lead, copywriters & marketing teams Who We’re Looking For - Someone obsessed with visual storytelling & aesthetics - Solid understanding of color theory,



typography & composition - Ability to think conceptually—not just decorate - Basic animation/video editing knowledge is a plus - Good communication & teamwork skills Tools You Should Know - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Figma / Canva (bonus but welcome) - After Effects / Premier Pro (bonus) What You’ll Learn - Real-time brand design & campaign strategy - Creative feedback loops & design thinking - High-performance creative execution for big brands - Working in a rapid-paced agency environment - Building a strong portfolio & industry network
