Graduate Engineering Trainee – Civil

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitor site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Assist in supervising civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Assist in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site records.
- Support quantity measurements and basic material estimation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site requirements.
- Learn and follow company processes, construction standards,



and project timelines.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
