Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of PLC & SCADA
- Monitor and operate field equipment
- Analyze system performance and report anomalies
- Troubleshoot issues
- Maintain logs and prepare reports
- Coordinate with field engineers for issue resolution
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide support for recent system implementations
- Perform system monitoring as per SLA criteria
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities
- Support site teams in problem-solving activities
