About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Google Ads Management Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand PPC/SEM, campaign performance, keyword research, bidding, budget management and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle Search, Display, Remarketing and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, search-term analysis and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, headlines and descriptions.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Manage daily/weekly campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Identify negative keywords and optimize search terms.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and provide campaign insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with the content, design, website and sales teams when required.




- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC management.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and PPC fundamentals.
- Experience with keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Understanding of landing pages and lead-generation campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Digital Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
