Gallant IAS Academy, Trivandrum, is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for UPSC Civil Services coaching programs.
- Manage campaign budgets, CPL, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improved performance.
- Manage and optimize Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
- Handle Meta Lead Management, including lead quality tracking and coordination with the sales team.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve the complete lead-generation funnel.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Lead Ads and lead management.
- Experience managing campaigns with a focus on high-quality leads, not just lead volume.
- Good analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in the education/EdTech industry will be an advantage.
