- Generate and convert leads for Gold Loan and other loan products.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and other sales channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, advantages and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide support during the loan process.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to banking and company processes.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales.
- Experience in BFSI / Banking / BPO Loan Sales preferred.
- Graduate candidates only.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Versant V5 communication assessment required.
