Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Assess patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist patients with daily activities and provide emotional and psychological support.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
- Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing when required.
- Educate patients and their families about medications, treatment plans, and basic healthcare practices.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing station and patient-care areas.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred; freshers may also be considered depending on the role.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.
