4+ years in software development
Working experience on Fundtech Global Pay plus application Mass pay & HC (GPP MP & HC)
Excellent hands-on Java, C++, tuxedo, PLSQL, Web base application
Experience in Payment System Domain
Payment system knowledge
Positive Problem-solving skill
Good Communication Skill
Prior experience on Banking Application Support
Responsibilities
As an integral part of the Production support team, you will be responsible for the following
- Supervise all alerts related to GPP application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
- Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on Application domain, and availability of applications.
- Coordinate with Client & other venders
- Need to provide on call support
- Need to support changes & deployment activities
- Need to support on Production incidents, Service Requests
