With over $400M raised from top-tier investors, our creative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries. /n We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and adaptable payroll service support team member who is skilled at process improvements and data validations for the accurate and efficient processing of payroll. /n You will: /n /n

- Be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities necessary to deliver payroll in several countries through our in-country providers.

/n

- Ensuring consistent and accurate flow of information so that all payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with local country requirements.

/n

- Providing a first-class experience to customers and employees from onboarding to offboarding.

/n





- Responsibility for handling employee & customer queries on payrolls from a number of countries in a timely manner (supported by in-country payroll processing partners).

/n

- Ensuring accurate reporting of payroll data for internal and external use.

/n

- Contributing to country expansion by establishing processes with in-country processors in new locations.

/n

- Communicate regularly with manager, team members, and stakeholders regarding tasks or internal projects status and opportunities to harmonize payroll processes.

/n

- Identify opportunities to improve processes - including administration - Propose solutions to improve these programs and execute on proposals

/n

- Support the implementation team in the onboarding of clients and provide expert knowledge to enable them to respond to client questions.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n

- 3+ years of work experience in payroll operations or customer service operations

/n

- 2+ years of payroll processing experience in one or more geographies

/n

- Detailed oriented

/n

- Can-do positive approach

/n

- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite

/n

- Strong customer service skills

/n

- Experience with outsourced payroll providers

/n

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

/n

- Fluency in written and oral English

/n
