Job Title: Global Head of Human Resources

Location: Noida- Onsite

N2S is looking for a Global Head of Human Resources to lead our people function across geographies and build an HR organization that is business-driven, employee-focused, compliant, measurable, and ready for our next phase of global growth.

This is not an administrative HR role. We are looking for a hands-on HR leader who can partner closely with the Global CEO and leadership team while ensuring strong execution at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the global HR strategy and operations across N2S locations and business units.
- Partner with the Global CEO and leadership team on organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and people strategy.
- Establish consistent global HR governance while accommodating country-specific employment laws and practices.
- Lead performance management, including structured monthly/quarterly reviews, PIPs, promotions, increments, and performance documentation.
- Strengthen employee relations and HR compliance, ensuring grievances, disciplinary matters, integrity concerns, and exits are documented and handled consistently.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, culture, and recognition programs across geographies.
- Own policies covering onboarding, attendance, leave, hybrid/remote work, compensation, benefits, mobility, separation, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Build strong HR dashboards and analytics covering attrition, retention, performance, engagement, headcount, productivity, and workforce costs.
- Partner with Corporate TA and business leaders on workforce planning and internal mobility.
- Strengthen succession planning and create career paths for high-performing employees.




- Lead HR due diligence and people integration for new geographies, acquisitions, or business expansion.
- Drive adoption of HR technology, automation, and AI to improve employee experience and HR productivity.
- Develop the HR team into credible business partners, not simply process administrators.
- Ensure employee concerns are heard while maintaining the right balance between employee experience, accountability, performance, and business interests.

What We Are Looking For An experienced HR leader with 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to staffing, professional services, technology, or another quick-paced global organization. The ideal candidate should have experience managing HR across multiple countries/geographies, strong knowledge of employee relations and employment compliance, excellent executive communication skills, and the ability to operate comfortably from the boardroom to the employee floor.

Most importantly, we want someone who believes HR should be both human and accountable.
