GLOBAL HRIS PROGRAM MANAGER/LEADER

Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end migration of global HR systems (SAP HCM, Oracle HRMS, and other HR applications) to

Workday HCM across multiple countries. Own program delivery, stakeholder management, system integrator governance, deployment waves, data migration, and change management to ensure successful global rollout.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global SAP/Oracle-to-Workday transformation programs across multiple countries.

- Manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance.

- Drive deployment waves, cutovers, hypercare, and go-live readiness.

- Oversee SAP HCM to Workday mapping, data migration, reconciliation, and integrations.

- Manage Workday implementation partners/System Integrators (SI), including delivery and commercial governance.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, and production deployments.

- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders across regions.

- Lead organizational change management, training, and stakeholder communications.

- Ensure compliance with payroll, statutory,



and data privacy requirements.

- Establish post-go-live support and continuous improvement processes.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of HRIS/HR Technology experience.

- 5+ years in Program/Project Management leadership roles.

- Mandatory experience leading at least one global SAP HCM (or legacy HRIS) to Workday HCM migration

.

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and SAP HCM processes.

- Experience with Workday data migration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, etc.).

- Experience managing global System Integrators and vendor governance.

- Solid understanding of multi-country payroll and compliance requirements.

- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

- Workday Certification (HCM, Deployment, Core Connectors).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or PROSCI certification.

- Experience in GCC, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.

- Exposure to Power BI or program reporting dashboards.
