We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction projects, site execution, quality control, estimation, and project coordination.

The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers and project teams to develop their technical knowledge and practical skills in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist project and site engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Support site supervision and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, quality, and safety requirements.
- Read and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors as required..
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, checklists, and documentation.
- Assist in material inspection and quality-control activities.




- Monitor the usage and availability of construction materials at site.
- Support engineers in resolving site-related technical issues.
- Participate in site meetings and project coordination activities.
- Learn and apply industry best practices, construction methods, and relevant standards.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and engineering principles.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations when required.
