Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently through chat.

Provide a superior customer experience while following defined processes and guidelines.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain quality, compliance and productivity standards.

Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

For the Trainer role, conduct training sessions, support new joiners and ensure process knowledge and quality standards are met.

Candidate Profile

Freshers can apply.

Undergraduate / Graduate from any stream.

Complete B1 Certification in German all 4 modules mandatory.

Solid command of German language written & verbal.

Decent communication skills in English.

Good comprehension, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.





Customer-focused and comfortable working in a team environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
