About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate General Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate should be committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals through proper guidance, motivation, and workout support while maintaining a positive gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and assist members on the gym floor with workouts and equipment usage
- Conduct fitness assessments and basic body composition analysis
- Prepare basic workout plans based on client fitness goals
- Ensure members follow proper exercise techniques and safety measures
- Support members with motivation and regular follow-up during workouts
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor
- Monitor gym equipment and report maintenance requirements if any
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits and overall wellness
- Assist in fitness challenges, group activities, and club engagement events
- Coordinate with club management for member support and retention activities





Requirements

- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training preferred
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in fitness training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and client engagement
- Basic knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and cardio workouts
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
